Here is everything you need to know about Callaway X Hot Hybrid / Flex A-flex / #5 / 25
Callaway X Hot from 2013 is a hybrid, giving you both forgiveness and distance. With a 25° loft you get a low-to-medium ball flight that helps you with long approach shots to the green.
The light 60-gram graphite shaft makes the swing easier and contributes to increased clubhead speed.
Benefits for you:
- A-flex suits moderate swing speed
- Stable construction provides control on longer shots
- Standard length ensures normal fitting
In short: Solid hybrid for long fairway shots with good forgiveness.

- New: As if taken straight out of the plastic.
- Like New: Has been on the course once or twice – but you can hardly see it.
- Good: Used and with some patina, but still ready for plenty of play.
- Okay: Here you buy functionality, not beauty. Perfect for you who just want to play.
- Worn: Has seen many rounds – and is ready for more. Not pretty, but reliable.
👉 And remember: We take pictures of exactly the item you receive – so you can assess for yourself whether you want the shiny one or the one with a bit more history in the face.
