Prices
At WePlayAgain A/S, all prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are stated including VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right for sold-out items.
Payment
WePlayAgain A/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
WePlayAgain A/S strives to ship orders placed before 5 PM the same day; orders placed thereafter will be shipped the next business day.
We ship to the entire EU. Shipping prices start from 55 DKK. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of order.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items are sent with GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be moved to the nearest pickup location, of which you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after the order.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specified prior to the purchase of these items.
Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within "a reasonable time" after discovering the defect.
WePlayAgain A/S will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day return policy applies to items purchased in our webshop.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notification must be given via email to info@weplayagain.com. In the notification, you must clearly state Please note that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The period is calculated from the day;
– When you receive the order.
– When you take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.
– When you take physical possession of the last batch or last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– When you take physical possession of the first item, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.
You must return your order without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Items that are made according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
– Sealed items that for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Items where the seal has been broken.
– Provided non-financial services, if the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
– Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that they thus lose their right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
– Agreements made at public auctions.
– Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Return
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. The processing will be faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

No shipments are accepted by cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration of the item's value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and how it functions. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you regret the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value at the time of receipt – of the return. Thus, to receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back minus 200kr, which is the handling fee associated with the return. The 200kr will be deducted from your purchase.
In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will also be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from the date, where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it by then.
Refund
If it is a refund, please include your bank details in the form of account number and sort code, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided via email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
