Can I get help choosing the right equipment?
Absolutely! We are happy to help find the equipment for your swing and playing style. Stop by our showroom or write to support@weplayagain.com, and we can make a personal assessment and find the equipment that suits you best.
What are your opening hours and can I visit your showroom?
You are very welcome to visit our showroom during our opening hours, which you can find at the bottom of this page. We are already looking forward to your visit.
Can you replace the grips on my golf clubs?
You certainly can. We replace all grips bought from us. The replacement is free; you only pay for the grips.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sell gift cards, and they are the perfect gift whether it’s for a birthday, Christmas, or any other special occasion. You can find and buy gift cards directly in our shop right here.
Sell Equipment
How do I sell my used golf equipment to WePlayAgain?
You can sell your equipment in two ways:
- Stop by our store/warehouse during opening hours for an immediate assessment and price.
- Use our trade-in system on the website - Here you can get an instant price and a free shipping label.

Do I get cash or store credit when I sell equipment?
You can choose to have the money paid out to your bank account or receive store credit as a gift card. Both options are available, so you can choose the solution that suits you best.
Can I trade in my equipment for something else in your showroom?
Yes, absolutely! You can use the value of your old equipment as part exchange when you buy new equipment from us. Stop by our showroom and we will assess your equipment and find the right solution for you.
What golf equipment does WePlayAgain buy, and are there brands you do not accept?
We buy most brands of used golf equipment - irons, drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, wedges, putters, bags, shafts, and club heads. We are especially interested in popular brands such as Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping and Cobra. Contact us at support@weplayagain.com if you are unsure.
How long does it take to receive the money after I have sold my equipment?
It normally takes 2-4 business days after we have received and assessed your equipment.
Payment
Why isn’t my discount code working at checkout?
Discount codes cannot be used on products that are already discounted by an equivalent % or more. The price you see is therefore the same as with the discount code. If you have problems with a valid discount code, you are welcome to contact us at support@weplayagain.com.
I have returned an item - when can I expect my refund?
Refunds are normally processed within 1-2 business days after we have received your package. The money is returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Contact us if you have not received your refund after 4 business days.
Shipping
When can I expect to receive my order?
For orders placed before 11:30 on weekdays, we ship the same day using your chosen shipping method. You will receive an email with a tracking number where you can always follow the parcel. In DK and SE, delivery takes 1-4 business days and in the rest of the EU 2-5 business days.
Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to almost all of the EU. If you have problems at checkout for your country, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Can I collect my order on the same day that I place it?
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive the email, you can collect your order during our opening hours. If you place your order during our opening hours, we cannot guarantee that we will have time to find it. But you are very welcome to stop by, and we can find it for you right away.
Trial period
How does your trial period work?
When you buy used golf equipment from WePlayAgain, we offer a 14-day trial period. The trial period gives you the opportunity to test the equipment and make sure it suits your needs.
The trial period starts on the day you physically receive the item. If the package is delivered to a parcel shop or parcel locker, the period starts on the day you pick up the package.
NOTE: New items are not covered by our trial period.
Can I return an item even if I have used it for testing?
Yes, you may test the golf equipment to a reasonable extent as part of your trial period. However, the item must be returned in the same condition as received. Normal testing of equipment on the driving range or in a simulator is acceptable.
Is your trial period free of charge?
Yes, but we charge a small return fee of DKK 45 in addition to shipping, which covers the handling afterward. If, for example, you have paid DKK 55 in return shipping, we will deduct DKK 100 in total from your refund.

How do I start a return?
Go to our returns portal here. Select the item you want to return, and follow the steps - it only takes a couple of minutes. You can also drop off the item directly at our showroom during opening hours, which you can find at the bottom of the page.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, of course! You can easily create an exchange through our portal here. Select the item you want to exchange, and we will guide you through the rest. You are also welcome to stop by our showroom - you can find the opening hours at the bottom of the page.
How much does it cost to return an item?
You can easily create your return through our returns portal here. There you can see the return price and choose your preferred return method. You are also welcome to drop off the item free of charge at our showroom - you can find the opening hours at the bottom of the page.
How long do I have to return my purchased golf equipment?
You have 14 days from the day you receive the item. If you have purchased golf equipment as a gift, the return deadline can also be extended by agreement.
Complaint
There is something wrong with my golf equipment, how do I file a complaint?
Sorry that something is wrong - let’s get it sorted! Go to our complaints page here. Describe the fault and attach a few pictures, and we will take care of it right away.
How long does your warranty last?
You have a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience a defect, please go to our complaints page here - describe the issue and attach a few pictures, and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
