At WePlayAgain, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase of used equipment. Therefore, we offer a 14-day trial period on our used golf equipment, so you can be sure that your purchase meets your needs.

Start of Trial Period: The trial period (applies only to used equipment) begins on the day your equipment is ready for pickup in the parcel box, or the day it is delivered to your home address.

Condition Upon Return: To exercise the right of return, the equipment must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.

Return Costs: A fixed return fee of 100 DKK will be charged to cover shipping and handling. The cost will be deducted from the original purchase amount. Please note that we do not accept returns sent with postage paid by the customer, as these are not insured.

Return Process:

1. Visit our return portal within 14 days of delivery. https://return.shipmondo.com/weplayagain
2. Follow the instructions to print your return label.
3. Carefully pack the equipment and attach the printed return label.
4. Drop off the package at Postnord.

Please note that the 14-day trial period only applies to our used products. If you purchase a new product, standard conditions apply. We only accept returns of new products if they are unused and in original packaging.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid back.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We will withhold the refund until we have received the item back.
