Callaway XR 16 is a 460cc driver for you if you want more speed in the club and more distance off the tee – without compromising stability.
It was developed in collaboration with Boeing and built in lightweight 8-1-1 titanium. This results in a lighter head and a lighter clubface, which creates maximum clubhead speed and higher ball speed – even when you don’t strike it perfectly in the center.
The aerodynamic crown and the pronounced Speed Rakes on the sole reduce drag through the swing. The result is more speed and a more penetrating ball flight with lower spin.
XR 16 is draw-biased, so it helps you bring the ball back from right to left if you play right-handed. At the same time, you get high forgiveness from the large 460cc head, which gives confidence off the tee.
The driver is especially well suited to you with a handicap around 10–20, who wants:

- High launch
- Stability at impact
- Help correcting the slice
The loft can be adjusted from −1° to +2°, so you can fine-tune ball flight and launch angle. Lie can also be adjusted between draw, fade and standard.
Swing weight is D3 in the men’s model and C8 in the women’s model, giving a solid and controlled feel through the swing.
