You get forged one-piece irons made of 1025E mild carbon steel, which through Mizuno's Grain-Flow Forging provides an incredibly soft and consistent feel – you feel the strike without it punishing you.
The deep cavity back and Y-Tune technology make the set more forgiving, especially towards the toe, where we all tend to hit a bit too often. Perfect if you swing fairly solidly but want a little help on the less perfect shots.
In the long irons, you get maximum help and height. In the mid and short irons, the cavity becomes smaller, allowing you to control the ball better – and shape the shot if you have that in your toolbox.
