Do you need any golf accessories? Check out our selection

Golf accessories are not just about the little things in the bag – they are all the equipment that makes your rounds more enjoyable, more precise, and often also more fun. When you are looking for golf accessories online, you are probably looking for two things: something that improves your game and something that makes sense for your wallet.

What does golf accessories actually cover?

Golf accessories cover everything you don't directly hit the ball with – but that still has a significant impact on your game. This includes everything from grips and gloves to rangefinders, golf balls, tees, training equipment and travel bags. At WePlayAgain you will find a large selection of both used and new accessories.

Golf balls – small differences, big impact

Golf balls are perhaps the most consumed golf accessory overall. A ball's construction determines both feel and distance. A soft ball (low compression) gives more control around the green, while a hard ball (high compression) typically flies further, especially at high swing speeds.

If you are a new player, you will get the most out of choosing a softer ball – the feel is forgiving, and the price is affordable. You can always experiment later when you know your playing style.

Grips and gloves are the connection between you and the club

A good grip makes the difference between a stable and an uncertain shot. Many players underestimate how important the grip actually is. A worn grip makes you squeeze harder, costing you distance and control.

A tip: if you notice that the club twists in your hand in rainy weather, it's time for a new grip. Fortunately, it doesn't have to cost much – most grips can be replaced for little money, and materials like rubber or white cord provide different friction and feel.

You can see our Golf Grips here – all checked for wear and condition.

A golf glove does two things: gives you a firm grip and protects against blisters. Many choose synthetic gloves for durability, while genuine leather provides a better feel. There are also winter gloves with extra insulation, perfect for Danish conditions.

Rangefinders and GPS

There are two types of golf accessories in this category: laser rangefinders and GPS devices.

A laser rangefinder uses a precise laser signal to measure the direct distance to the flag. It provides lightning-fast responses and is extremely accurate – but requires a clear line of sight. GPS devices, on the other hand, can show distances to the front and back edges of the green, even when the flag cannot be seen. This is convenient on hilly courses or blind holes.

Tip: If you play many Danish courses where you can often see the flags clearly, a laser is often best. However, if you travel or play unfamiliar courses, a GPS is more flexible.

Weather-resistant accessories are for those who play year-round

Danish golf is not just sun and shorts. Therefore, weather-specific equipment is a must. A good golf umbrella, rain gloves, and a waterproof bag cover protect your equipment and yourself – from rain and wind.

When playing in cold weather, winter tees and warm gloves are small things that make a big difference. Many also forget about shoes: choose golf shoes with replaceable soft spikes for the best grip on wet surfaces.

If you're traveling to warmer climates, remember a travel bag with padding and wheels (so the clubs survive the baggage carousel).

Consider supplementing with a golf bag with a rain cover – that way, you're covered.

Training equipment and small aids

Here we're talking about things that build your game when you're not on the course: putting mats, training nets, and practice sticks. A simple  putting mat can make a big difference, especially in the winter months. It can be the best investment you make if you want to maintain your touch.

Also small items like  ball markers, divot tools, and towels make sense to have more of. They're inexpensive, but they show respect for the course – and for your fellow players.

How to choose the right accessories

If you are  a beginner, start with the essentials: glove, tees, golf balls, towel, and umbrella. The rest can be added later. You can see a complete  beginner package here, where all the basics are gathered in one set.

If you are  intermediate, you should start customizing your equipment according to your game – for example, with a rangefinder and better grips. You'll also benefit from looking closer at your iron sets (irons) and  wedge & chipper, so you get a better feel around the green.

If you play  often, it's all about the details. Replace grips, choose shoes with good support, and upgrade your technological part – especially the rangefinder. You may not necessarily gain more yards from expensive equipment, but you'll make better decisions along the way.

Accessories and season – what works best when?

When the temperature changes, your accessories should do the same.

Spring: clean grips, check shoes and gloves. Get a grip on new balls, and consider a training net for warm-up after the winter break.

Summer: choose breathable gloves and a light cap. Consider an extra towel and sunscreen – they actually count as golf accessories if you look at it practically.

Autumn and winter: invest in waterproof gloves, rain suits, and winter tees. A small tip – also use thicker grips in winter if you tend to have stiff fingers.

Green conscience on the course

There are increasingly sustainable alternatives to much golf equipment. Biodegradable tees, recycled balls, and products made from recyclable materials are gaining ground. It's good for both nature and your wallet. With us, it means that you can often find premium-equipment in used but top condition – we check everything and describe precisely what you get.

Used accessories – premium without premium price

One of the smartest ways to get more value for your money is to buy used. Golf accessories often show very little wear. A laser rangefinder can, for example, last for years, and many grips or bags are practically like new.

At WePlayAgain, we quality check all used equipment. You get a 14-day trial period and a 2-year warranty. Each product has unique images and a clear description of its condition. It's premium equipment – just without the premium price.

When you want to upgrade – trade-in or sale

Do you have equipment that you no longer use? You can easily sell your used golf equipment or make a trade-in for new. This way, your old clubs get new life, and you avoid letting them gather dust. We assess the items honestly and ensure quick payment.
