The new JAWS-grooves is angled 37° to grip the ball even better and create plenty of spin, while Groove-in-Groove technology delivers a full 84 contact points on the face. The result? Over 10% more spin than the MD4 predecessor and a launch angle that sits lower and closer to the perfect wedge shot.
The body is forged in 8620 mild carbon steel, which gives a wonderfully soft feel when you strike the sweet spot. The head shape is matched to the loft, so you get a natural transition from your irons to your high-lofted wedges.
JAWS MD5 is available with several grind options, including the new low-bounce W-grind, which makes it easier to open the face and let your creativity loose around the green.
