Here is everything you need to know about TaylorMade Rescue FCT Hybrid / Flex Stiff / #2 / 17
TaylorMade Rescue FCT from 2009 is a hybrid, which allows you to adjust the loft with the FCT system.
With adjustable loft you can adapt the hybrid's characteristics to your own game and the demands of the course. The 17-degree version provides good distance and is an alternative to long irons.
Benefits for you:
- Aldila Voodoo shaft in graphite provides a firm yet stable feel
- Stiff flex suits faster swing speeds
- Adjustable hosel lets you fine-tune ball flight and launch
This club has been shortened by 0.25", so it fits shorter players or a more controlled swing.
In short: Customizable hybrid for distance and control.

- New: As if taken straight out of the plastic.
- Like New: Has been on the course once or twice – but you can hardly see it.
- Good: Used and with some patina, but still ready for plenty of play.
- Okay: Here you buy functionality, not beauty. Perfect for you who just want to play.
- Worn: Has seen many rounds – and is ready for more. Not pretty, but reliable.
👉 And remember: We take pictures of exactly the item you receive – so you can assess for yourself whether you want the shiny one or the one with a bit more history in the face.
