Here is everything you need to know about UST Mamiya Helium #7 Fairway Shaft / Flex A-flex / Cobra 2nd Gen
If you want more speed and a lighter feel in your fairway wood, then the UST Mamiya Helium is a really great choice.
This is a lightweight shaft developed specifically for fairway woods. It suits you well if you want easier launch, better control, and a more stable feel through the swing.
The shaft has a counterbalanced design, which works well with modern fairway wood heads with higher head weight. It can help you maintain better control of the clubhead without losing the light and comfortable feel.
Helium is built with carbon fiber and low resin content. Extra carbon fiber has been added in strategic areas, giving you more stability without the shaft feeling dead or harsh.
It is especially suited to you who:
- Play a fairway wood off the tee or from the fairway
- Want higher clubhead speed
- Want easy launch
- Are looking for more stable dispersion
- Like a light and responsive feel
In short: A fairway wood shaft for you if you want a little more speed in the club and still feel that you are in control of the shot.
